Dr. Silverman needs to be compensated before the deposition time or at the deposition. He requires a minimum of two hours reserve time. The deposition rate is $475.00 per hour. Travel time is $325.00 per hour. Thus, a minimum of $1275.00 is retained. In the case of a cancellation, Dr. Silverman needs to be notified 72 hours in advance otherwise there will be a full charge for 4 hours of court time or 2 hours of deposition time.
