Pre-Employment Screening
Pre employment screening is essential to the cost effective functioning of a company or government agency. Screening accurately selects individuals who meet your standards so that you don’t waste significant funds on training substandard employees. It also reduces the risk of hiring problem employees who account for billions of dollars worth of loss or stolen property in the workplace. Screening improves the quality of your working environment choosing individuals who are motivated and have a sound work ethic. Finally, pre employment screening is designed to meet the specific needs of your company including its philosophical orientation and value system.
Pre employment screening includes an interview, integrity and/or personality assessment, and a written report addressing strength and weakness of the applicant for the specific job for which he/she is being considered.
I employ three levels of screening; one for all non supervisory personnel, one for supervisors and or department head, and one for all public safety employees. After the assessment I write a report addressing the specific job that you want to be filled. Each screening takes between two and a half and five hours.
