Sexual Harassment

Similar to physical injury, sexual harassment can cause emotional trauma to those who are vulnerable. It directly affects self-esteem and emotional security. A forensic psychologist, through interviewing and psychological testing, will determine the presence and the extent of a psychological disorder, and if present, to what degree sexual harassment caused this disorder.

The forensic psychologist is also prepared to evaluate whether and to what extent a hostile environment exists as well as the comprehensiveness and effective enforcement of the companies sexual harassment policies. In most cases these issues are also germane to the complaint.
